Hilde Bosmans

Founder

As a University of Leuven (Belgium) alumni, and with more than 10 years of experience in private equity and 18 years in Healthcare projects, Hilde started building the Lindbergh Group success in the year 2000. Hilde directs the overall operational and strategic development of the Lindbergh Group, holds directorships in several Healthcare-related institutions, and is linked to several Belgian universities..

Maja Matanic

After obtaining her degree at the Economic University of Rijeka (Croatia), Maja started working for the regional television TV4R as a journalist and TV host in 2011. While she was working, Maja further obtained a Master’s degree in Marketing and Economy of EU members.
As of 2017, Maja is employed by Lindbergh Care Croatia to be their local representative and manager in the Croatian market. She handles all operations locally. Maja recently started studying for a PHD at the Economic Faculty in Rijeka to specialise in Elderly Care.

Nico Swinnen

Nico is an entrepreneur and a financial specialist with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of corporate finance, financial management, corporate governance and general strategy. Nico has an MBA in finance and holds directorships in several companies.

ALEXANDRE GRUTMAN

Alexandre Grutman started his career working for the big four (Deloitte & Andersen) where, during his stay in the M&A department, his passion for growth financing and innovation developed.
His next career step resulted in working for one of the major entrepreneurial Dutch families, supporting them in the financing, strategy execution and management of their most successful growth company, Citco.
Through his professional experience, Alexandre has become an expert in growth financing and innovation excellence.

ALAIN WASSINK

As a structural engineer with additional licences in safety and management, Alain has 33 years of experience in the construction and real estate world, initially working for engineering firms/ contractors/project developers, and later on active as an independent consultant as project manager in the supervision and realisation of various large and complex construction projects.

GUY SCHUERMANS

Active since 2012 as advisor, specialised in setting up and designing business strategy in combination with mentoring assignments for CEOs.
Solid experience gained from over 15 years of business unit responsibility with strategic impact and reporting to Executive Boards. Experience includes international roles as all-round entrepreneurial general manager, senior project manager and a range of executive management roles within financial services industry.
